SalonFlow Pro
Terms of Service
Last updated: August 11, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using SalonFlow Pro, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use SalonFlow Pro on behalf of a salon or business, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that business.
2. SalonFlow Pro Service
SalonFlow Pro is a salon management SaaS platform that may include appointment management, staff management, customer records, services and pricing, inventory and products, built-in POS, payment records, receipts, reports, and public online booking functionality.
Features may vary by account status, salon setup, plan, configuration, and operational availability.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
Users must provide accurate account and business information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for protecting account credentials, controlling authorized access, and notifying SalonFlow Pro if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Business Responsibility
Salon owners and authorized users are responsible for customer information they enter, staff access and permissions, service and pricing information, salon operations, compliance with applicable laws, and obtaining any necessary permissions, notices, or consents for the information they process through SalonFlow Pro.
5. Trial and Subscription Plans
SalonFlow Pro currently offers a 10-day free trial, a Monthly Plan priced at BHD 15 per month, and a Lifetime Access introductory offer priced at BHD 120 as a one-time payment.
Current pricing is shown on the SalonFlow Pro website and may be updated for future purchases or future subscription requests. Pricing, plan availability, promotional offers, and included features may change prospectively.
6. Payments and Renewals
You are responsible for subscription and payment obligations associated with your selected plan or approved subscription request. Monthly access may require renewal or payment confirmation to continue service access.
SalonFlow Pro does not state in these Terms that automatic billing or automatic renewal is enabled unless that functionality is separately implemented and presented to you in the service.
7. Refunds and Subscription Requests
Subscription changes, payment confirmations, renewals, upgrades, and Lifetime Access requests may be handled through a manual review and approval workflow. SalonFlow Pro may review submitted payment details before activating or changing access.
Refund requests, if any, are reviewed case by case unless a separate written policy applies.
8. Acceptable Use
You may not use SalonFlow Pro for unlawful, harmful, abusive, misleading, or unauthorized purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass security controls, access data or accounts without authorization, misuse credentials, interfere with other users, upload unlawful content, or use the service in a way that could damage SalonFlow Pro or its users.
9. Service Availability
SalonFlow Pro makes reasonable efforts to keep the service available and reliable. However, uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed, and the service may be affected by maintenance, updates, security work, outages, third-party services, or events outside reasonable control.
10. Data and Backups
Salon users remain responsible for their business records and reasonable business continuity practices. SalonFlow Pro may maintain operational records needed to provide and protect the service, but these Terms do not create a guaranteed backup, restoration, or data recovery commitment.
11. Suspension, Archive, and Termination
SalonFlow Pro may restrict, archive, suspend, or terminate accounts or salon workspaces for security reasons, abuse, unauthorized activity, non-payment, expired access, legal requirements, administrative reasons, or violation of these Terms.
12. Intellectual Property
SalonFlow Pro software, branding, interface, content, documentation, design elements, and related materials are protected by intellectual property rights. These Terms do not transfer ownership of SalonFlow Pro intellectual property to users.
13. Third-Party Services
Some SalonFlow Pro functionality depends on third-party infrastructure or service providers, such as hosting, database, email, storage, security, and operational services. Third-party service availability or changes may affect the service.
14. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, SalonFlow Pro is provided on an as-available basis. SalonFlow Pro does not promise that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every business need.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, SalonFlow Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, or loss of data arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
16. Indemnity
You agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or costs arising from your misuse of SalonFlow Pro, violation of these Terms, unlawful use of the service, or business data and content you enter into the service, to the extent permitted by law.
17. Changes to Terms
SalonFlow Pro may update these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms may be posted on this page with a new last updated date. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
18. Governing Law
Jurisdiction-specific governing law language should be reviewed and completed by legal counsel before publication as final legal terms.
